TP Shipping Terms:

TP ships anywhere in the United States and Canada. In addition, we offer shipping to locations worldwide. Customers interested in placing international orders should contact our Book Center by phone at (856) 753-0554, by fax at (856) 753-0649, or by e-mail at cs@townsendpress.com.

All TP customers are also guarateed the following:

• Orders received via on-line transactions will be shipped the next available business day (business days are Monday through Friday).
• Orders will arrive in excellent condition or TP will replace defective or damaged books at no cost to customers.
• TP will reimburse customers for any erroneous shipping costs and/or billing errors caused by its staff.

Returns Policy:

Within 6 months of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item purchased from Townsend Press for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

To return books for full credit, simply:

1. Mail the books to: TP Book Center, 439 Kelley Drive, West Berlin, NJ 08091
2. Include a copy of the original invoice.
3. Include instructions detailing how you wish your credit to be applied. Also include contact information in case we need to reach you.

Townsend Press wants to make ordering easy. We accept checks and money orders (payable in US dollars) for mail, phone, and fax orders. For on-line orders, we accept payment through Visa and Mastercard.
